Fuel the Soul
Lord, I pray that one day i will see that the body that you have created for me is beautiful and worthy of my love. I pray that I will be able to focus my efforts on greater things, and realize that this body is but a vessel for my soul. I pray that the damage that I have done to my body, and the time I have spent unhappy with my body, will not hurt you too much. I want to please you Lord, and I ask that you forgive me for the lack of judgment I have shown. I want to move forward loving the body you have so graciously created for me. I hope, almighty Father, that you will guide me in the right direction.
I will follow Jesus to find my peace, as I know he is the Way, the Truth, and the Light. Amen
Lord, today I pray that you provide us with the Grace to see your work, and the wonder and power of your ways. I ask that you give us the strength to remember that you work in beautiful and mysterious ways so that we will not question your actions. And if we do question what we see dear lord, I pray that you forgive us for doing so, as we sometimes struggle to Trust as we should. Lord, when times are hard and we become weary, I ask that you guide us and forgive us. Help us to trust fully in you and your plans for each and every one of us! Allow us to enjoy the journey while we search for purpose. Help us open our eyes to see all the beautiful things you make out of dust! Amen
Lord, keep me on the right path and fueling the fire that you have lit within me. Please show me that the passion that I have is of your creation. Help me to remain passionate and striving to reach my goals. Please also help me to be happy with my accomplishments along the way. I want to see progress Lord because I will never see perfection. Perfection is seen through your eyes only Lord, and I want to show you that I am at peace along the way. Thank you for giving me passion and a chance to be one more piece of your beautifu. puzzel. I pray that I will make you proud along the way. Proud as I struggle and fail and proud as I am again lifted up and set back on the path which you have layed before me. My soul is on Fire lord, and I thank you for that. Amen
Lord, help me to pray the prayers that scare me. I want to be able to come to you with questions, and ask for guidance, even when I am afraid of what the answer will be. Help me to recognize your hand leading me in whatever situation it may be. Help me see your prescence, and feel your grace, so that I will know the way. I want to know your plans for me. I want to know your plans so that I can shine for others, and be an example of your love and power. Help me to be brave as I embark on the journey you have layed out before me. Amen
