Fuel the Body
For the almond butter layer melt 1.5 Tbs coconut oil and stir in 1/4 cup almond butter and 1 scoop vanilla whey (I used @musclemilk) fill mini cupcake cups about halfway with the almond butter mixture. Then combine 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1/4 cup stevia, 1/2 cup @nutiva coconut flour, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, 2 tsp matcha powder, 1/4 cup sf maple syrup, and 1 cup coconut milk. Mix and then place a dollop of the mixture on top of the almond butter layer in each cup. Freeze for 20 minutes
1 Full egg, two egg whites, diced tomatoes, onions, green, red, and yellow peppers, spinach, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese with a side of toasted whole wheat toast :)
2 frozen bananas, 1 orange, 1 cup pinapple, 2 Tbs shredded coconut, 1 Tbs coconut milk. Blend and enjoy!
Combine 2 scoops vanilla whey, 1/8 cup stevia, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 2 tsp matcha powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, 1.5 Tbs coconut oil, 1 Tbs coconut butter, 4 Tbs coconut milk. Use your hands to mix together and form into balls. Add more coconut milk as needed. Roll in coconut and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
Dates, walnuts, cashews, hemp protein powder, unsweetened coconut, almond milk, peanut butter, and oat flour blended until combined then pressed into a pan and chilled in the fridge. cut into bars and top with more peanut butter and enjoy life chocolate chips! (exact recipe still to come)
Combine 1 sliced pear, 1/3 cup organic Apple sauce, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 Tbs flax seed, 1/4 cup oats, 1 Tbs cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, a couple Ice cubes and a handful of walnuts. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
For the waffles combine 2 cups oat flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 Tbs baking powder, and 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ in a large bowl, whisk until mixed together and then add 2 ripe bananas, 1 3/4 cup almond milk, 2 Tbs melted coconut oil, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and 3 Tbs honey. Use a hand mixer to combine and work out all clumps. cook in a waffle maker. For the marshmallow cream I used Greek yogurt, vanilla whey, and marshmallow extract. Top with crumbled gluten free graham cracker cookies!
