For the caramel blend soaked dates and chocolate sea salt in a food processor. For the ice cream simply blend 3 frozen bananas and 1/2 cup soaked cashews in a food processor! Top with pretzels and one of my healthy oatmeal chocolate covered raisin cookies!
Microwave a peanut butter questbar for 20 seconds,shape into balls, and broil for a couple minutes. top with coconut cream! For the coconut cream combine 1/4 cup ff greek yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp coconut extract, 2 Tbs unsweetened coconut, 1 Tbs coconut milk, and 2 Tbs pb2. mix well and smother everything in sight with this deliciousness!
Combine 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 2 scoops vanilla prtein powder, 3 Ts almond utter (or any nut utter, i used JIF whipped pumpkin utter and ended up with an amexture and flavor!) Stir in a chopped questbar, nuts, chocolate chips, whatever you want! Place in a silicone ice cube tray and freeze! Enjoy!
In a blender combine 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 egg plus 1 egg white, 3 Tbs pumpkin puree, 2 Tbs oat flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp stevia, 1 tsp cinnamon. Blend until smooth and cook on a griddle. Layer with chocolate pumpkin mouse (cocoa powder, vanilla, pumpkin puree, sweetener of choice) top with whipped pumpkin butter and pecans. Enjoy!
For the cake part of the sandwich: Combine three flax eggs, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 3/4 cup oats, 2 Tbs maple syrup, 2 Tbs brewed coffee, 2 large ripe bananas, 2 cups shredded zucchini, 3/4 cup chocolate whey, 1/3 cup cocoa power, 1 tsp powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and a handful of mini enjoy life chocolate chips.Bake in a muffin tin at 350 for 25 minutes. For the Icecream add pb2, vanilla extract, stevia, and maple syrup to ff greek yogurt and place in the freexer for 30 minutes.

Microwave 30 seconds at a time for 2 minutes. For the icing combine 1 Tbs greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop strawberry whey, 1 Tbs honey, 1 Tbs almond milk, 1Tbs pb2. For the ice cream blend together frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, and a dash of strawberry protein powder and almond milk. Enjoy!
Carrot Cake Mugcake with a Coconut ButterCream Frosting! Combine 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbs coconut flour, 1 Tbs cinnamon, 1 Tbs oat flour, 1 egg white, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 chia egg, 4 shredded baby carrots, 1 Tbs coconut, 1 tsp coconut extract, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well and slowly add water to achieve cake batter consistency. Microwave in a mug for 2.5 mins in 30 second intervals. Frosting: 1 tsp coconut and butter extract, 1/4 c. greek yogurt
